Risk Facilitator

RISK FACILITATOR - 6 month FTC

Due to changes in industry standards, we are looking for a Risk Facilitator to join us on a 6 month fixed-term contract, to develop a risk process that meets the requirements of AS13100.

If you have a background in either Project Management, assessing financial risk, identifying risk processes in Quality or have sufficient Change Leadership or Change Management experience, then we are interested in hearing from you!
Key Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE

In your role as Risk Facilitator you will develop an effective risk process that is accepted and owned by the Incora Management Team providing expertise along the way to coach the management team in the operation of the risk process. Duties will include:

• Develop a set of risk registers that build to one risk profile for Incora.
• Implement a risk review structure that engages and is owned by senior managers.
• Train and coach the managers in risk assessment and ranking.
• Implement a self-sustaining model with clear accountabilities so that the process operates at the end of the project.

ABOUT YOU

We want to hear from you if you:

• Are degree (or equivalent) qualified with a recognised professional qualification in Law, Finance, Program Management, HR, Quality, HSE or Risk.
• Have experience of facilitating multiple risk registers
• Have experience of training management in risk assessment and mitigation.
• Are charismatic and have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders, generating enthusiasm for the subject matter across the business.
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills
• Have experience in: Project Management, Financial Risk, Quality Risk, Change Leadership, Change Management (all highly desirable)
