Customer Service Coordinator

Description
Receive and process customer enquiries relating to customer purchase orders placed, maintaining and developing relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided at all times.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first point of contact for customers in line with agreed account split to ensure our customers have a dedicated point of contact for all sales orders related enquiries.
· Produce accurate order books for customers to ensure current delivery status is clear and understood and is effectively acted upon.
· Process customer expedites requests in line with agreed service level and escalation policy to obtain best possible availability.
· Identify and produce data, liaising internally as appropriate to ensure arrears are escalated and processed effectively to meet customer required dates.
· Manage customer deletion, communicating to the appropriate sales person to ensure the requests are acceptable to the business.
· Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
· Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
· Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
