Service Delivery Analyst

Description
The IT function is responsible for the provision, development and support of IT infrastructure based on a workload centric strategy, to provide excellence in Information Technology solutions and services that will facilitate the vision, objectives and goals of Pattonair.

To provide 1st line technical support to internal users of hardware and desk top applications. The role will encompass the following:

• First line helpdesk support to internal users to ensure that local area network devices, peripherals and operational services are returned to operation in the quickest possible time.

• Administration of user accounts and their associated security to prevent unauthorised access to data or systems.

• Install PC operating systems and applications to the correct documented standard ensuring standardisation and quality of Pattonair I.T equipment and systems.

• General support and administration of the local telephone system and mobile telephone services to ensure effective communications at Pattonair.

• Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be someone that has a good level IT capability. Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, being able to troubleshoot where necessary, and a basic understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration are critical skills in this role.
Previous experience in a helpdesk role would be desirable but is not essential, however it would be useful to have some customer service experience as communicating at all levels of the business is essential.
