Currently we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of:
Location: Taverny, France
Department: Supply Chain

To develop supplier capability and drive continuous improvement within Suppliers, to deliver measurable benefit to Incora within the Supply Chain Function.
To be achieved through leading and coaching suppliers to deliver performance improvements (Supplier Gold Standard and / or Zero Defects programmes) intoIncora .

The Supply Chain Function is the main interface between Incora and its customers and suppliers. The department manages customer requirements by driving supplier performance to ensure on time product delivery, enabling Incora to be a world class provider. The department has key interfaces with the Sales, Strategic Procurement, Operations, Quality and Finance departments.

• Build relationships with designated supplier leadership teams to positively influence improvement activities within the supplier and to promote continuous improvement.

• Undertake capability and capacity assessments on suppliers and drive subsequent closure of corresponding action plans to reduce overall supplier risk.

• Perform risk assessment of supplier capability.

• To drive supplier improvement through deployment of supplier charters ensuring activities deliver measurable performance benefits toIncora .

• Resolution of problems escalated from order book management for critical parts supply.

• Facilitator for Supplier Gold standard and Supplier Zero Defects programmes

• 3- 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably manufacturing/ aerospace/automotive industry
• Project management experience
• Fluent French
• Good command of English
• Analytical skills
• Communiation skills
