We are seeking an experienced, customer- oriented person to become an interface between Incora and one of its biggest and most important clients!

Your excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness will help us maintain, and even develop, our position as a word-class provider.
Key Responsibilities
About you

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be managing and maintaining the associated reporting and KPI’s, both internally and externally, to ensure service level targets are maintained to support the achievement of customer service delivery targets and overall customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for a small team and you will manage positive relations with a particularly important client from the aerospace industry.



What will you need?

• Previous experience in facing customers (at least 5 years)
• Good command of English (level B2 or higher)
• Driving license
• Very good Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills (experience in managing a team is not necessary but will be a great asset)
• Aerospace background will be an asset
