Customer Account Coordinator

Description
The Supply Chain function manages all customer contracts, forecasting, demand management, MRP processing and inventory planning activities across the business. The department has key interfaces with the Sales, Procurement, Operations and Finance departments and suppliers where required.

To maintain, update and report KPI’s and customer performance reports, liaising internally and externally to obtain data to provide the department with customer performance information to ensure customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
This role is for a fixed term contract The successful candidate will have strong data entry experience of working within an information management role, interpreting data and working in a customer facing role.

You will have working knowledge of Excel (especially Pivot Tables, V-lookups) and a preference PowerPoint. You will also have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills to ensure successful hand-overs of data.
