Data Coordinator


We are seeking a Data Coordinator for our location at Longbridge Lane, Derby to support our Customer Solutions team in data coordination and reviews.


The Data Coordinator is responsible for updating static data and action all new data set up to ensure that it remains accurate and up to date and that new parts are fully functional within the system.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop within a growing and evolving organisation. You will work in a team environment, whilst also working cross functionally to drive customer service and performance.


The Data Coordinator is responsible for:

· Ensuring data is accurate and up to date

· Receiving, validating and updating data based on pricing files

· Validate and action customer and supplier contract and data changes

· Conduct data audits to ensure data accuracy

· Identifying and introducing any new validation checks from the system and communicate with relevant departments to improve efficiency
Key Responsibilities

· GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

· Good Excel skills, including knowledge of Pivot Tables, vLookups, graphs, etc.

· Data entry experience

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Readiness to work in an international and fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Good verbal and written communication skills
